A five-star city hotel in central Batumi under the WorldHotels Luxury brand of BWH Hotels. It has 86 hotel rooms and 69 residences, all delivered turnkey with designer finish, furniture and appliances.
The hotel is operated by Aimbridge Hospitality, one of the world's largest hotel management companies. Owners choose an actual return of up to 14% a year or a fixed 8% under contract. Owners also get access to 100+ facilities at a 5-star resort in Gonio and to the RCI and ITC holiday exchange programmes.
The beach is a 7-minute walk, the airport an 8-minute drive. Metro City mall, a park and restaurants are nearby.
